the easiest way to get around the island is via golf cart! ray’s golf cart rentals is within walking distance to the turtle club and has the best selection on the island! (remember no golf carts on the main highway)
house rules:
- no smoking (cigarettes, no vaping, and no illicit substance use is permitted on the property, including the balconies and garage/driveway) $1000 fine with smoke scent or remnants
- no parties - $500 fine - please be respectful of our neighbors
- no pets allowed in the property or outside at anytime ($500 fine)
- no fireworks
- quiet hours are 11pm - 8am
parking: please ensure vehicles are parked in the driveway at all times Parking is NOT allowed underneath the house, in the grass or in the street at anytime. There is a 7 car maximum.
septic tank: please be mindful, only toilet paper in the toilet

after use, please ensure all items have been broken down and are placed back in their designated bags and then placed in storage bin downstairs, with lock we would love to keep our equipment in great shape for each guest and ensure everyone has a great experience!

visitor policy: the maximum amount of guests at any time is 14 All non- guests must be pre-approved prior to visiting inside or outside the home at any time.
please do not take any furniture or decorative items from the home, outside or to the beach (ie. dining chairs, pack n play, throws, pillows, vacuum etc.). Please do not move furniture from their designated rooms (mattresses, chairs etc).
please do not bbq on the deck or under the house , pull grill into grass before lighting
